Pepperoni Dip
- Ingredients • 7 oz. bag of sliced pepperoni
- • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- • 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
- • 6 plain bagels, cut into bite sized pieces or tortilla chips
- Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Cut pepperoni slices in 4’s (I stack several at one time)
- With mixer or by hand, combine cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup until smooth
- Add pepperoni slices and stir well
- Put in small baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
- Stir well to combine juices of pepperoni
- Serve with bagel pieces or tortilla chips
