Pepperoni Dip

  • Ingredients • 7 oz. bag of sliced pepperoni
  • • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • • 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
  • • 6 plain bagels, cut into bite sized pieces or tortilla chips
  • Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Cut pepperoni slices in 4’s (I stack several at one time)
  3. With mixer or by hand, combine cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup until smooth
  4. Add pepperoni slices and stir well
  5. Put in small baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
  6. Stir well to combine juices of pepperoni
  7. Serve with bagel pieces or tortilla chips
